This notice covers (un)comfy from ZAG, the Everywhere Hat launch list, and the separate Everywhere Tee reorder list. We do not currently take orders, payments, or shipping addresses through this website.

When you join the hat list

We save your email address, optional color preference, signup time, and the version of the consent you gave. Email is required. Color defaults to “Either color.” The email-updates checkbox starts unchecked; selecting it and submitting asks us to contact you about the Everywhere Hat launch.

When you join the tee list

We save your email address, requested size, whether you say you’ve received a tee on a ZAG tour, the form’s location, and the time and version of your consent. Email and size are required. The tour checkbox starts checked; uncheck it if you haven’t received a tour tee. Either way, you can join. The separate email-updates checkbox starts unchecked.

How we use your details

We use these details to understand interest, plan product colors or sizes, and contact people who have asked for updates. Confirmation appears on screen; we do not verify your email address at signup. List membership is not an order or a reservation.

We do not sell your signup information. The lists are restricted to the store owner. Our hosting providers process the information to run the website and store it.

Change your mind

Use the removal link shown after a new signup to delete that signup and its saved details. Keep this link private. Repeated submissions preserve your original preferences and do not reveal the link again. You can also contact the ZAG team to request access, correction, or removal.

We retain signup information while needed for the updates you requested, until you remove it, ask us to remove it, or the list is retired. Hat signups, tee requests, and earlier collection signups remain separate; joining one does not change or subscribe you to another.

Website operation

A short-lived request counter derived from a hashed network address and time window helps limit automated submissions. Expired counters are cleared as new requests arrive. The hosting service may process routine request and security logs under its own terms.

You can browse and join a list without an account. The private studio uses ChatGPT sign-in. A preview bag saved by an earlier site version can be removed by clearing the site’s browser data; it never represented an order.
